As a full-cycle sales professional, you will own the end-to-end process—from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation and deal closure—focused on expanding innovative care management programs. You will engage with executive, operational, and clinical stakeholders, navigating complex multi-decision-maker environments while providing insights to shape territory strategy and go-to-market priorities. Accountabilities:
• Own the full sales cycle for hospital and health system partnerships, from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and close
• Develop and grow Enhanced Care Management program partnerships across California, building credibility with VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders
• Self-source approximately 50% of your pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic initiatives
• Maintain CRM discipline in HubSpot, including pipeline updates, activity tracking, next steps, and forecasting
• Partner with senior leadership, business development advisors, and other teams to advance high-value opportunities and refine territory strategy
• Surface market feedback, buyer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform broader sales strategy
• Represent the organization in external forums, including partner meetings, industry events, and conferences
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in account executive, business development, or full-cycle sales roles
• Direct experience selling into California hospitals or health systems is required
• Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
• Track record of self-sourcing pipeline and independently driving opportunities
• Familiarity with healthcare services, care models, tech-enabled solutions, or workflow solutions for provider organizations preferred
• Strong operational rigor, metrics-driven mindset, and experience working in a process-oriented sales environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage executive and clinical audiences
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems, with consistent organizational practices
• Must be based in California

• Base salary of $115,000–$125,000 with on-target earnings of $220,000
