Your primary goal will be to drive customer retention and growth by deeply understanding your clients' objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs. Through proactive engagement and strategic guidance, you will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for your clients, collaborating closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless and value-driven customer experience. This position is perfect for an Account Management professional with a passion for marketing, who is ready to take on a strategic and high-impact role within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by developing and executing strategic account plans that align with clients' marketing and business goals.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to senior executives.
• Marketing-Driven Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor, providing clients with insights and best practices on how to leverage our solutions to achieve their marketing objectives and enhance their campaigns.
• Commercial Growth: Drive retention, renewals, and identify expansion opportunities (up-sells and cross-sells) by demonstrating continuous value and a deep understanding of customer needs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Build consensus and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned with shared goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Churn Prevention: Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by addressing customer pain points, ensuring product adoption, and delivering consistent value.
• Resource Savvy: Effectively navigate internal resources to solve complex business challenges, acting as a liaison between the customer and our internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
