We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant & ERP Specialist who combines solid accounting experience with a strong interest in ERP systems and process optimisation. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations while acting as a key contact person for our NetSuite ERP system.
The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of accounting experience, enjoys improving processes, and is eager to develop further in ERP administration, automation, and system-related topics.
What You'll Do
• Core Accounting: Manage daily Accounts Payable, supplier invoices, bank transactions, credit cards, and travel/expense claims.
• Month-End Support: Assist with monthly and yearly closing activities across our key global entities under Austrian GAAP (UGB), UK GAAP, and US GAAP.
• Tax Compliance: Handle standard European VAT logic on incoming invoices and support audit readiness.
• System Optimisation: Act as a key point of contact within our 3-person team for basic NetSuite troubleshooting, user support, and workflow automation.
We’re Excited If You Have
• Experience: 2–3 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience with a solid grasp of debit/credit and ledger workflows.
• Compliance: Strong understanding of local Austrian accounting principles (UGB) and standard VAT rules. Exposure to UK GAAP or US GAAP is a strong plus.
• Tech Aptitude: Strong Excel skills and experience using any major ERP/accounting system (e.g., BMD, SAP, MS Dynamics). Actual NetSuite experience is a major plus, but not required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.

The minimum gross salary is €46,000. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
