Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots to support user interactions and provide real-time assistance.

• Collaborate with product and data science teams to understand user needs and optimize chatbot responses.

• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and fine-tune models for accuracy and context.

• Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.

• Integrate chatbot functionalities seamlessly into our existing platform to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

• Proven experience in developing chatbots and conversational AI applications.

• Proficiency in NLP techniques, conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow), and programming languages like Python.

• Strong understanding of user experience principles and chatbot integration with web and mobile applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing chatbot interactions.
