Role Overview
• Processing invoices and supplier payments
• Reconciling credit cards and virtual cards (Airwallex)
• Performing bank reconciliations
• VAT reporting and communication with authorities
• Employee expense reimbursements
• Supporting monthly/quarterly/annual closing and ongoing accounting processes
Requirements
• Bookkeeping Certificate Level 1+2 – mandatory
• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping.
• English - strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, high motivation, and willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interaction skills
