Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.
• Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.
• Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience:
• Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
