We are seeking AI / Machine Learning Engineers (Campus Hiring) to join our Analytics & Automation team. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to apply AI and machine-learning concepts to real-world business problems and grow within an enterprise analytics environment.
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers and architects, contributing to model development, data analysis, and AI-driven automation initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation to model evaluation and deployment.
Responsibilities
Machine Learning & Analytics
• Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine-learning models (classification, regression, clustering, basic NLP).
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Support experimentation, model validation, and result interpretation.
• Document model logic, assumptions, and outcomes.
Data & Engineering
• Work with structured data using Python and SQL.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading for AI/ML use cases.
• Learn and follow best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and quality checks.
Automation & Collaboration
• Contribute to AI-driven automation and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Business teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields (or graduating soon).
• Strong foundation in Python programming.
• Basic understanding of machine-learning concepts, including:
• Supervised and unsupervised learning
• Overfitting vs. underfitting
• Model evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, RMSE)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ML libraries such as:
• Pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib (or equivalents)
