This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists and general dentists in Morocco market and focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. In addition, other duties will include support with graphics and presentation materials for sales and clinical education materials as well as day to day needs of university and research programs. The role also requires being comfortable when speaking in public, during internal or external training events.
Language skills: Very fluent in spoken English and French (spoken, written, reading).

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to execute and coordinate programs of existing customers

• Structure and manage the execution of project/clinical program tasks with general supervision and little guidance and recommends new approaches

• Support University and DSO training

• Contribute independently. May contribute through others on key projects

• Liaise with TREAT ops in day-to-day questions / issues and coordinates with other team members

• Support and/or organize onboarding of new Clinical Liaisons

• Handle difficult doctor's complaints, closing the loop and sharing the outcome with relevant teams.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or a Master’s degree related to Orthodontics.

• Language skills: very fluent English and French.

• Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.

• Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creative.

• Ability to work without constant supervision.

• Dependable and attention to detail.

• A strong, customer focused attitude.

• Willingness to learn.

• Typically has 3-5 years of directly related experience
