This role is responsible for building clinical confidence and supporting case growth across the Invisalign product portfolio through clinical education and support to customers. The position involves interaction with orthodontists, general dentists, treatment coordinators, and internal stakeholders to address case-specific issues, ensure ClinCheck quality, and provide clinical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to dentists in case assessment, treatment evaluation, and ClinCheck review.

• Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events, ensuring timely resolution.

• Support and deliver clinical education activities, including hosting and executing speaker- or CL-led events.

• Coordinate with clinical speakers and present clinical content when required.

• Support activation and onboarding of new customers through cross-functional collaboration.

• Participate in field visits and co-travel with the commercial team to support customers.

• Provide on-booth clinical support during events or congresses.

• Work with moderate supervision while contributing independently to assigned activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or Dental Technology (Dental Technician) required

• Typically, minimum of 2 years of directly related experience, or a Master’s degree with 0–12 months of experience.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Solid problem-solving skills and an appropriate sense of urgency.

• Team-oriented with effective time management skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.
