Associate Consultant - IT

• Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements, under the guidance of senior team members.

• Manage and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of validation rules, workflow rules, and basic automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.

• Perform regular data quality checks, assist with data imports/exports, and support data integrity initiatives.

• Help maintain and update standard and custom reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs.
