Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Customer Success Representative (Fresher) to support and strengthen our client relationships.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of databases and cloud technologies and are passionate about building strong client relationships in a technical environment.

You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure client satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients

• Support preparation of client status reports and engagement metrics

• Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client queries promptly

• Track client interactions, feedback, and service requests

• Help monitor account health and identify improvement opportunities

Technical Skills (Required for Freshers)

• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

• Understanding of database concepts like backups, performance, replication, or monitoring (basic level)

• Familiarity with ticketing tools or CRM tools is an added advantage

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – B.E / B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively

• Willingness to learn technical concepts and client management processes

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to database or cloud projects (academic or internship experience)

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Interest in SaaS, database technologies, and technical account management

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: General Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Mode: Work From Office – Puducherry
