As a Clinical liaison - field based (Wallonia and Luxemburg) you will be the first point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in your region and be responsible for clinical education, communication, and support of both external and internal customers.
Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical education and help them to become expert on Invisalign technique and utilize Itero scanner at its full clinical potential, increasing their clinical confidence in digital orthodontics and restorative dentistry.
You will be travelling around the designated area to visit doctors in their clinical practices to improve their knowledge about the Invisalign technic.
Role expectations
• Clinical Education & Training
• Provide initial and ongoing training to new and existing customers on digital dental technologies (e.g., Invisalign, iTero).
• Deliver instructor-led training in both virtual and face-to-face settings, including classroom sessions and field visits.
• Develop and implement lesson plans for training sessions, adapting content to audience needs.
• Drive growth and build clinical confidence through education on clinical protocols, software (ClinCheck), and troubleshooting.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for clinical education and support, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
• Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
• Provide ongoing support to address customer service issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
• Program Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Design and execute educational programs in coordination with customer support, sales, and marketing teams.
• Provide medical expertise and guidance to internal teams, ensuring sufficient clinical knowledge of company products.
• Work cross-functionally to support business objectives and contribute to key projects.
• Field-Based Activities
• Conduct field visits to dental practices, DSO organizations, and universities, independently planning visits and group sessions.
• Travel as required (up to 70% of the time), booking travel within company guidelines.
• Reporting & Administration
• Provide weekly reports of completed trainings.
• Manage business expenses and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
What we're looking for
• 1-3 years of directly related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, orthodontics, or dental technology (DDS, DMD, Dental Technician, or equivalent).
• Strong public speaking and communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and internet research.
• Experience with virtual/web-based training preferred.
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, a minimum of 70% of the time.
• Fluent in French
• Candidate must be living in Belgium.
