How You’ll Shape the Future:
• Engage with Purpose: Use calls, emails, social media, and other tools to connect with potential customers and present our product and service offerings.
• Generate and Nurture Leads: Proactively reach out to potential clients, conduct tele-calls and e-meetings, and build a robust pipeline of promising leads.
• Consult and Collaborate: Communicate with customers to understand their needs, address their questions, and offer digital transformation solutions tailored to their goals.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Exceed Expectations: Use sales scripts effectively, handle objections confidently, and consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct tele-calls and virtual meetings to present our offerings and close deals.
• Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with confidence and expertise.
• Understand client needs and propose solutions that match their requirements.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge to make well-informed recommendations.
• Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
• Meet or surpass sales targets consistently through proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Information Technology, E-commerce, or related industries.
• Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, effective communication in English and Arabic, and proficiency in using CRM tools.
• Remote Work Savvy: Ability to work independently and generate business remotely, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Technology-Driven: Comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers and offering solutions that drive digital transformation.
• Ready to Join: Available to start immediately with a reliable internet connection and necessary work equipment (laptop or PC).
