In this essential role, you will be responsible for devising and delivering training programs for our back office team, ensuring that all associates are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will develop comprehensive training materials and conduct engaging sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing training needs, creating tailored training curricula, monitoring trainee progress, and providing ongoing support to enhance their performance. As a Back Office Trainer, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and management to align training objectives with operational goals, ultimately improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing back office associates.

• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources.

• Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to programs.

• Monitor the progress of trainees and provide ongoing feedback.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and priorities.

• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant content into training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in a training role, ideally within a back office environment.

• Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
