About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience who can effectively translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The candidate will play a key role in bridging client expectations with development execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements

• Prepare detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX)

• Create wireframes and prototypes for intuitive user interfaces

• Conduct gap analysis and competitor analysis

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams

• Support UAT and ensure successful project delivery

• Maintain trackers, reporting sheets, and project documentation
