Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a keen interest in technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry. This role is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to the success of both clients and the company while bridging the gap between business and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking
• Client Communication: Understand client needs and suggest appropriate IT solutions
• Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and tech developments
• Proposal Creation & Presentations:
• Draft Scope of Work and Proposals
• Support in creating and delivering impactful client presentations
• Coordination with Technical Teams: Ensure seamless communication between clients and development teams
• Project Management: Track and manage projects using SDLC methodology
• Project Bidding:
• Search and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork
• Align project requirements with company capabilities
• Sales Support: Assist with negotiations, closures, and maintaining long-term client relationships
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related discipline
• Technical Acumen: Basic knowledge of software development, mobile/web apps, and IT services
• Skills:
• Excellent communication (verbal & written)
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
