Admin Executive position (Job location: Kolkata)
Job Responsibilities
• Organizing and maintaining records: Keeping official records up-to-date and ensuring they are stored securely. Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
• Handling correspondence: Managing emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Updating internal HR databases: Maintaining information such as sick or maternity leave or late reports
• Liaising with external partners: Working with insurance vendors and other external partners to ensure compliances.
• Answering employee queries: Addressing questions related to HR-Admin issues.
• Assisting with financial tasks: Processing invoices, preparing purchase orders, and handling expense reports or processing bills or any other payments in coordination with Accounts partner.
• Supporting staff: Providing administrative support to other executives, including preparing documents and presentations
• Office representation: Representing as the first point of contact for addressing inquiries from clients or customers or candidates for recruitment or any associated/potential stakeholders
• Data entry: Input and updating information in databases.
• Travel arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff.
• Office management: Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
• Screening resumes: Conducting initial applicant screening as per given skill set
• Maintaining candidate databases: Keeping applicant tracking systems and databases up-to-date
• Assisting with onboarding: Helping new hires with the onboarding process
• Handling administrative tasks: Drafting employment letters, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
• Assist in organizing recruitment events: Assisting in organizing job fairs and other recruitment events
• Perform all other duties as assigned within your capabilities as determined by the management
Experience
Fresh Graduates or 6 -8 months as Admin in the industry
Educational Qualifications
• A Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Humanities/ Commerce/Science/Business Administration

Responsibilities
Job Role - Full-Stack developer
Key Technical skill - Should be proficient in knowledge of Node.js for Backend development, REACT in front-end technologies framework, RESTful API , Database knowledge like MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, and Cloud platform AWS
Required 4-5 years’ of work-experience as Full-Stack developer in Web-application using .NET Core framework
Hierarchy - Reporting to Director of Engineering
Key Performance Areas:
• Backend Development: Build and maintain server-side application logic using languages such as Node.js, and manage database interactions with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or SQL Server
• Frontend Development:Design and develop user-facing web applications using frontend languages like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• API Development and Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend and backend components, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between different parts of the application.
• Version Control: Use Git version control systems to track code changes and collaborate.
• Deployment:Deploy and manage processes, in cloud-based AWS platform application
• Troubleshooting and Debugging:Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve development practices continuously.
Experience
4 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role in Web applications
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Skill
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,, and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
