Are you an aspiring leader who wants to fast-track your path to a CEO or CXO role?

At United Media Capital, we’re building the next generation of business leaders through a search fund model designed to develop future CEOs. This is not a traditional graduate program. It’s a role for people who want real responsibility early and are comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone.

From day one, you will work closely with the leadership team to identify, evaluate, and ultimately acquire a company to scale. You’ll be deeply involved in everything from sourcing opportunities and conducting due diligence to shaping strategy and preparing for execution post-acquisition.

Once an acquisition is made, you will step into a key operational role within the company. You’ll be responsible for tackling complex challenges, making decisions, building processes, and driving performance in a fast-moving environment.

In essence, this is a hands-on path to learning what it actually takes to run and scale a company.

This program, which runs for an average of two years, will support your development to become “CEO ready” in the fastest and most effective way possible.The goal is for you to step into a CEO or senior leadership role within one of the companies you help acquire and build.

Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with experienced CEOs, investors and senior leaders, receiving direct mentorship and continuous feedback. You’ll learn how to hire top talent, build high-performing teams, shape company culture, and make decisions under pressure.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for high-potential individuals with the ambition to step into a CEO role within a few years.

Typical backgrounds include:

• Top-tier MBA graduates

• Experience from management consulting or investment banking

• Experience from startups or other fast-paced environments

More importantly we look for people that have extraordinary drive and passion for what they do, take ownership and have the ability to learn fast and get things done.
