This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a partner ecosystem from the ground up, creating strategic alliances that amplify reach and drive revenue in the enterprise security space. You will develop and execute partnership strategies, engage with CISO and AppSec teams, and launch scalable channel programs that complement direct sales. This is a high-impact position requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with direct collaboration with senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage complex partner relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with security consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors to drive long-term value

• Develop and execute annual partner plans with revenue targets, key milestones, and success metrics

• Launch channel sales motions and joint go-to-market strategies that leverage partner strengths and market opportunities

• Cultivate executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted liaison between partners and internal leadership

• Drive partner enablement, including sales training, field support, and co-marketing initiatives to maximize pipeline generation

• Conduct performance reviews and business analyses with partners to optimize growth, revenue, and strategic alignment

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, preferably in security, AppSec, or enterprise software

• Deep understanding of enterprise security ecosystems, including consultancies, managed services providers, and system integrators

• Strong security domain knowledge, with the ability to engage confidently with CISO-level executives and technical teams

• Proven relationship-building skills and experience navigating complex security organizations

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability, including deal negotiations and partner success initiatives

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with a revenue-focused, results-driven approach
