Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (On-Site Required)
Compensation: $400,000 – $435,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Equity Stake
Overview
E57 Partners is partnering with a private equity sponsor to identify a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a platform company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The platform is already established and has successfully completed its first two acquisitions under the leadership of a strong Founder/CEO. The Founder is now retiring, creating the need for a new CEO to take full ownership of the business and lead it through the next phase of growth.
With approximately four years remaining in a five-year investment horizon, the focus now shifts to accelerating the acquisition strategy, building out the leadership team, and driving operational improvements to maximize value creation ahead of exit.
This is an opportunity for a CEO who excels in execution—someone who can step in, take control of the platform, and drive both M&A and operational performance.
Role Summary
The CEO will have full P&L ownership and will be responsible for running the entire business while executing the platform’s acquisition strategy and improving operational performance.
This includes:

• Executing the acquisition roadmap and building the pipeline
• Partnering with the CFO to build out a corporate development function

The ideal candidate is an operator and integrator with a proven track record in private equity-backed environments and acquisition-driven growth strategies.
