We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales leader to drive software revenue growth across the Midwest region. This role focuses on managing top enterprise accounts, developing multi-year and multi-product deals, and building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders. The position requires collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including technical advisors, product specialists, marketing, and customer success managers, to create and execute strategic account plans. You will leverage market insights to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and influence business outcomes. Accountabilities:

• Drive incremental new license revenue, renewals, and software services growth across assigned enterprise accounts.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and positioning software solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Identify and execute multi-year, multi-product deals that align with client objectives and strategic business outcomes.

• Collaborate with product sales specialists, technical advisors, business partners, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to generate pipeline and close deals.

• Monitor account progress, proactively address obstacles, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure business objectives are met.

• Apply market intelligence to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

• Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize account performance and strategic outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.

• Proven track record of closing complex software deals and managing top enterprise accounts.

• Strong ability to build and maintain CXO-level relationships and influence strategic decision-making.

• Experience working with diverse teams to solve partner and customer challenges.

• Deep understanding of software licensing and enterprise software business models.

• Demonstrated skills in direct and partner-led sales engagement, negotiation, and collaboration.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.

• Willingness to travel 30–50% to support client relationships and business development activities.
