Responsibilities
As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this consulting position:
• Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
• Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
• Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment
• Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations.
• Self-starter that provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.
• Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
• Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience.
• Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
• Business process experience in the following areas:
• Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in Cash Management & Treasury related processes including Managing Global Bank Accounts and Statement formats, Cash Positioning and Forecasting, Virtual Bank Accounts, Auto Reconciliation, Negative Cash Flow, ZBA Transaction Rules, Embedded Banking Processes, Multi-Currency bank accounts.
• 5-10 years/solid overall Record to Report process implementation experience including Cash Management & Treasury.
• Ability to lead bank integrations with trading partners for outbound and inbound cash flows.
• Ability to manage complex data conversion cycles and explain best practices in migrating global, multi-currency bank accounts.
• Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel up to 30%, when required

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
