This role supports the delivery of compensation analytics and reporting across multiple regions, providing timely, accurate insights that inform decision-making in a global business environment. The position combines strong analytical work with clear, stakeholder-focused reporting to support HR and business leaders.
The successful candidate will be data-driven and confident translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
This opportunity is well suited to someone building their expertise in compensation analytics, who can independently manage defined workstreams while collaborating effectively within a global, matrixed team based in Kraków.
Responsibilities
Global compensation analytics & insights
• Support the delivery of compensation analytics across regions (e.g. pay structures, pay equity, benchmarking, reward cycles).
• Analyse large, multi-country datasets to identify trends, outliers, and potential risks related to internal equity, market competitiveness, and cost impact.
• Support global initiatives such as pay transparency, market pricing, and job architecture analytics by preparing data and insights.
Reporting, dashboards & automation
• Build and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc compensation needs.
• Use Excel and BI tools (and approved automation features where available) to improve speed and accuracy of analysis.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or automate recurring reporting and analytics.
Stakeholder support & responsiveness
• Provide analytical support to Total Rewards leaders, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive requests and coordinate across projects with strong prioritization and judgement.
• Translate technical analyses into clear summaries for stakeholders.
Reward processes & governance
• Support annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, incentives, benchmarking) by preparing data, running validation checks, and producing standard analytical outputs.
• Support job evaluation, market pricing, and structure analysis by gathering inputs, completing initial analyses, and preparing recommendations for review.
• Follow internal governance standards and applicable local requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate handling of sensitive compensation data
Qualifications
Essential requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high-quality insights within deadlines.
• Experience supporting compensation programs, market benchmarking, or reward analytics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas; experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely to HR and business stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
• Fluent English skills and the ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
