You can expect a brief call from our Talent Acquisition team if your application gets shortlisted. The team would love to know more about you, your experience so far and your motivation to build a career in impact.

Assignment
We usually offer an exciting assignment to work on at this stage. You get to experience the work at Sattva and we get to see your thinking in action! You will typically get a couple of days to work on the assignment.

Technical
Interview
This is where your technical skills as required for the role, depth and breadth of your knowledge of the field, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure are assessed. We value competence and agility.

Behavioral
Assessment
We value culture at Sattva, and consider cultural fitment of the candidate an essential criterion. We also like to understand your aspirations, long term goals and responses in a variety of contexts.

Round
