We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager with a metrics driven and audience-first mindset to join our fast-paced, energetic team. If you have a go-getter attitude and a passion for creating engaging content that helps with customer acquisition, community building and building brand authority, then we can't wait to speak with you! You will be working directly with the CEO and Head of Sales in our San Francisco office and will be focused on creating data-driven, high fidelity content marketing plans, writing high ranking SEO driven content and managing & building partnerships with several external publications and writers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Content Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager at a Software company

• Excellent writing skills, copy editing and proofreading skills

• Passion for creating stories, and turning complex ideas into easily digestible content

• Deep experience measuring impact and using data to drive overall content strategy

• Able to manage multiple projects at once; highly organized self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision

• Understanding of domain authority, SEO, keyword analysis, web publishing requirements and web traffic metrics

• Prior experience data-driven, high fidelity content marketing roadmap 

• Experience producing content that supports all stages of a prospects and customer lifecycle (awareness, interest, consideration, decision, retention), including but not limited to organic social media, website copy, blogs, and paid ads, case studies, contributed articles in publications, newsletters, guides, one-pagers, sales collateral, video scripting, thought leadership etc.

• Understanding of best practices of a multichannel marketing strategy and the content that is appropriate to those respective channels and audiences (which content and approaches work best)
