As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Chennai.
Job Description
As our content marketer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, of top quality, that will attract and educate our leads. You will be reporting to the founding marketer, who will lay out the strategy and help you chart out a monthly work map for yourself.
In this role, you'll be expected to:
• Create various types of content, this will include: blog posts and social media posts in the initial months. After a few months, you will be expected to work on case studies and newspapers, as well
• Collaborate with other teams, such as product and sales, to ensure that our content supports their goals and objectives
• Study the stats on how well each piece of content was received, and make inferences to adopt for the next month’s content pieces
• Create simple graphics and banners for blogs and social media
• Have an excellent grasp of grammar, and proofreading skills, to ensure content generated is of top quality
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
• 4+ years of experience in writing for a publication, or as a B2B content marketer
• A degree in journalism or literature
• A portfolio of published content that displays strong writing skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Have an understanding of Canva, and basic sense of design, what’s good and what’s not
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research is a bonus

What the hiring process looks like:
• If we like your CV and work samples, our TA will get in touch with you to tell you more about the role
• Step one is submitting a brief assignment, shouldn’t take more than 2 hours at the most
• Talking to the founding marketer on a 1:1 call that would last about 40 minutes
• The whole process will be expedited and should be completed within a week

Note: This a full-time in office role based out of Chennai, India. We have weekends off and a flexible leave policy, but we expect the team to be present in-office most of the time
