ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Support global staff by providing more in-depth review and response to terms and conditions, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• High energy level, results oriented, and comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities. Able to work under the pressure of deadlines.
• Respond to Customer correspondence and e-mail on Quality Surveys, Reps and Certs and other issues.
• Exhibits professionalism, commitment, and dedication in all areas of correspondence. Strong verbal and written skills.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of personal computer applications and software packages.
• Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and customers.
• Able to respond to customer correspondence using critical judgment, considering always that sensitive/confidential company information cannot be disclosed. Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
• Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%); Excel (80%)
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Access, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Professional is required.
• PC proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment. Proficient with internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and other software.
• Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
• Able to type data/use a PC for long periods of time.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years post high school experience including minimum 1 year approved related work experience, preferably PO and/or contract related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
