We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to support our global corporate governance function and provide legal support across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will manage corporate matters for international entities, support strategic transactions, and help ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage corporate formation, maintenance, and governance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support corporate transactions, including financings, restructurings, and M&A projects.
• Maintain corporate records, filings, and compliance calendars.
• Draft, review, and update corporate documents, resolutions, consents, and organizational records.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate corporate legal matters and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Conduct legal research and assess corporate and commercial law requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external counsel and legal consultants.
• Support legal risk assessment and contribute to the development of practical risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist with various corporate governance and compliance projects as the business continues to scale globally.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Law degree and 5–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in an international law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, corporate law, and legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and working with external counsel.
• Excellent project management, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of the technology industry and fast-growing international business environments.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and professional responsibility.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
