DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a leader for our CRM Operations & MarTech Ecosystem to guide the stability, configuration, and integration of our global sales and marketing technology stack. Working closely with the VP Sales and Marketing Applications, you will ensure the overall health of our platforms.
In this role, you will manage a diverse, geographically dispersed team across the Salesforce Admin Squad, Sales & Marketing Applications, and the MarTech Squad. Your primary goal will be to ensure our internal users have a seamless, effective experience across Salesforce and all integrated third-party tools.
• Oversee the global administration and support layer, managing teams across India, LATAM, and EMEA to provide "follow-the-sun" platform reliability.
• Manage the third-party application stack, serving as the primary owner for tools outside of Salesforce (e.g., Gong, Outreach, etc.), to ensure consistent uptime and integration integrity.
• Lead the MarTech and Data Cloud strategy, overseeing the technical configuration of Marketing Cloud and the evolution of our Data Cloud capabilities.
• Drive significant team growth by managing the hiring and onboarding of multiple role, ensuring we meet our budget and capacity requirements.
• Own platform governance and security, ensuring user permissions, profiles, and data sharing rules are strictly managed and compliant.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to identify friction points within the technology stack and proactively implement configuration-based solutions.
• Report on application usage statistics, highlighting areas of concern and opportunity. Align application usage and demand with the Project Delivery and Shared Services team.
REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive experience in CRM operations, platform management, or IT service delivery within a global Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of the MarTech landscape, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and sales productivity tools.
• Proven experience effectively managing distributed teams across multiple time zones (India, LATAM, EMEA).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, security models, and platform governance.
• A business-oriented mindset focused on system uptime and user satisfaction.
• Fluency in English.
