In order to bring the most loved and innovative products to the market, it has to fundamentally start with the people. The foundation of what makes Versa great is a passionate, spirited, competitive, and determined group that operates and executes as a family. Everyday, the Versa family comes together and bring their talents and passions to table. In order to keep the fiery spirit of Versa alive in everything that we do, we embody the critical values that shape our identity, vision, beliefs, and ultimately: our products.
Integrity
I will make sure I do what is right, even when no one is watching. I will make sure that things that I say and the things I do are aligned. I have the courage to say no, I have the courage to face the truth and do the right thing because it is right.
Respect
I respect all my colleagues, customers and partners, treat them fairly, disagree with them honestly, enjoy their friendship and explore thoughts candidly to work together for a common goal. I will treat everyone the way I want to be treated. I will talk to everyone the way I want to be talked to. I will respect the opinion of others even if I disagree with them.
Collaboration
I will ensure that I build and maintain the trust of my team. I will help each and every team member to succeed, thus ensuring my success. I will work together with my team towards a common organizational vision and direct all my efforts to attain the common organizational objectives. I understand that collaboration is not just the best way to work, it is the only way to work, really. Every member of my team is there because she/he has a set of skills to offer across the board.
Excellence
At Versa, I understand that Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude. I believe that Excellence is never an accident; it is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, skilful execution and the vision to see obstacles as opportunities. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. Excellence is pursuing and doing the best we can with the gifts and abilities God has given us.
Innovation
I will challenge whatever is status-quo, business as usual or is in my comfort zone. I understand that innovation is also about taking risks and will not be afraid of failures, however I will make a practice of learning from them and leverage them to help succeed. Innovation is not limited only to technology but spreads across anything that an organization or an individual does. I could innovate a product or a process or a tool or anything that helps me deliver a solution to the customer which is better, faster or economical.
