About the Role
Are you passionate about AI, automation, and improving customer experience? We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Presales Consultant who is eager to explore new technologies, keep up with market trends, and assist customers in understanding how CX can address real-world business challenges.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase CX solutions.
• Translate customer challenges into solution opportunities that drive business value.
• Research and share insights on AI, automation, and customer engagement trends.
• Create compelling presentations, demo scripts, and solution collateral.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 2+years experience in delivering CX solutions (presales capacity) platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture for CX solutions in tier 1 customer environments.
• Strong experience in understanding of CX applications – specifically Analytics, WFM, Quality Management, OmniChannel & IVA.
• Curiosity about emerging CX technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Confidence presenting to different audiences, both technical and business.
• Analytical mindset and a drive to keep learning and exploring.
