CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

A Virtual Security Guard plays a vital role in watching closed-circuit Television (CCTV) systems for security and surveillance purposes. They are responsible for securing the client property by taking wise decisions. This role requires a person to be street smart understand or able to analyze criminal/non-criminal situations, attention to detail of the scenario in live, and the ability to collaborate with clients over phone/web chats/emails.

Key Responsibilities:-

Live Monitoring & Alarm Monitoring: - Watching live cameras to secure the client property, Conduct Virtual Guard tours on the client web portal/Video Monitoring System, Handle A.I generated alarms analyze and taken action accordingly.

Technical Specifications: - Basic computer skills, Street Smart, Multitasking and Able to handle multiple screens.

Communication: Effective/Average English communication skills both written and verbal, to interact on

Client web chats, emails, and Public Announcement System.
