What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in treasury, proven experience working with global customers, and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Nilus while building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of global customers

β€’ Drive product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor on treasury and financial workflows, helping customers optimize processes and leverage Nilus’s AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making.

β€’ Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing accounts

β€’ Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks

β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

β€’ Strong background in treasury (must-have)

β€’ Experience working with multiple international customers across multiple regions (must-have)

β€’ Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI copilots, automation tools) and curiosity about integrating AI into daily workflows (must-have)

β€’ Proven
experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles

β€’ Excellent communication skills in English

β€’ High level of business acumen and ability to engage with finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Managers, etc.)

β€’ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

β€’ Experience working in a SaaS company, preferably in fintech or finance tools

β€’ Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, or financial data platforms

β€’ Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
