What Weβre Looking For:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in treasury, proven experience working with global customers, and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Nilus while building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of global customers
β’ Drive product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction
β’ Act as a trusted advisor on treasury and financial workflows, helping customers optimize processes and leverage Nilusβs AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
β’ Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing accounts
β’ Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
β’ Strong background in treasury (must-have)
β’ Experience working with multiple international customers across multiple regions (must-have)
β’ Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI copilots, automation tools) and curiosity about integrating AI into daily workflows (must-have)
β’ Proven
experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles
β’ Excellent communication skills in English
β’ High level of business acumen and ability to engage with finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Managers, etc.)
β’ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience working in a SaaS company, preferably in fintech or finance tools
β’ Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, or financial data platforms
β’ Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
