We are currently looking for a CyberArk Engineer to join KeyData Cyber’s Delivery Services team. As a CyberArk Engineer, you will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to deliver secure, scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This is a hands-on, implementation-focused role where you will define, design, and deploy CyberArk solutions tailored to enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in strengthening privileged access security, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer and long-term operational excellence for our customers.

What You’ll Do:
• Define, design, develop, and implement CyberArk PAS solutions (including self-hosted PAM) for complex enterprise organizations — from user and policy design to installation and configuration.
• Automate processes using CyberArk REST APIs and scripting tools such as PowerShell and Python.
• Collaborate with clients to implement privileged credential management solutions, leading discussions with system administrators and application owners to design effective architectures.
• Assist in defining and establishing PAM governance frameworks and operational processes.
• Assess and analyze client environments to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and design target architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Educate business and IT stakeholders on implemented PAM solutions and their security significance.
• Generate comprehensive support documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational readiness.
• Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) and develop structured implementation and deployment plans for PAM solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience within an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including 3+ years of enterprise software development and implementation experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise organizations.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified CyberArk Delivery Engineer (CDE) or equivalent credentials.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAS components including Vault, PVWA, PSM, CP, and CCP.
• Experience implementing CyberArk AAM components such as Credential Provider, Central Credential Provider, and Application Server Credential Provider.
• 3+ years of experience gathering PAM business requirements and developing technical design documentation.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, hardware, software, and network technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex enterprise environments.
• Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to broader IAM or security governance frameworks.
• Experience working in customer-facing or consulting-led delivery environments. #LI-AS1
