About the role
The Data and AI Coordinator is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding our data analysis functions and strategically driving the integration of Artificial Intelligence. This coordinator will be pivotal in structuring the team, understanding data patterns, building the future of the area, and defining the path for scale to ensure data continuity and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Structuring: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 Data Analysts. Focus on structuring the team for scalable growth and implementing a professional development framework.
• Data & AI Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Data and AI strategy, ensuring long-term technical scalability and maximizing the value of data assets with intelligent solutions.
• Data Management & Engineering: Define and manage core SQL and data consolidation routines to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all sources.
• Reporting & Visualization: Oversee data management, reporting processes, and advanced visualization efforts utilizing key tools such as Tableau and Databricks.
• Data Sourcing Expertise: Ensure effective data analysis and integration across multiple foundational sources, including Chatpro, conversational API, Chatlayer, Meta, and Google (Product, Partners, Client).
• Business Communication: Leverage strong storytelling and communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear, strategic, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring data analysis teams (preferably a team of 4+).
• Expertise in SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
• Experience in defining and implementing data consolidation and reporting routines.
• Familiarity with data sources such as Chatpro, conversational API, Chatlayer, Meta, and Google platforms.
• Experience with building and scaling data teams and infrastructure to define the future of the area.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical findings and strategic insights to non-technical stakeholders.
