This position is ideal for a Dental technician to join our Global Tier 3 Clinical Application Support team. This role involves analysis and troubleshoot dental scanning issues, supporting and train our customers on dental clinic approach and work with our internal teams in R&D, V&V, Operation and Marketing to improve our Dental interface with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Working with a global Tier 3 support team in resolving clinical application issues related to dental scanning
• Troubleshoot and analysis of customer-reported problems, document findings in ticketing systems
• Escalate complex clinical cases with detailed RAW data and diagnostics to development team
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when required
• Share feedback with R&D and suggest product improvements
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training for lower-tier support members
• Provide Clinic application KPI reports
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• A Junior Dentist or a Dental Technician
• 5 years of prior exposure to dental clinical workflows or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, basic PC knowledge (Windows OS), ability to troubleshoot and document findings.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Ability to work collaboratively with Tier 1, Tier 2 & Lab support teams and R&D.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiar to work CAD software (ExoCad) - Advantage
