This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a developer ecosystem within the industrial engineering and CAE/EDA domains. You will lead strategic partnerships with global systems integrators, consultants, and software developers, driving adoption of advanced software platforms and SDKs. The position involves co-designing technical solutions, advocating partner needs internally, and delivering developer enablement resources such as workshops, code samples, and integration guides. You will also represent the organization at industry events and conferences, influence product strategy, and identify high-impact problems that can drive innovation in engineering workflows. This role combines technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic insight in a collaborative and high-visibility environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic technical partnerships with GSI developers, software architects, and consultants.

• Co-design and implement technical solutions, defining objectives, architecture, and delivery plans.

• Advocate partner technical needs to internal product and engineering teams, providing actionable feedback to influence product roadmaps.

• Engage with partner organizations to identify goals, resolve technical blockers, and align on best practices.

• Deliver technical enablement resources, including workshops, reference architectures, and integration guides.

• Host developer and customer events such as meetups, hackathons, and lectures to drive platform adoption.

• Identify high-impact opportunities for innovation and support launch and go-to-market activities.

• Represent the organization at scientific, technical, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience managing ISV partnerships, SDK adoption, or software developer relations in a major technology company.

• Proven expertise in CAE or EDA technologies and related ecosystems.

• Strong technical and strategic understanding of software development, high-performance computing, and applied machine learning or deep learning.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams and influence product strategy.

• Hands-on experience with developer platforms, SDKs, or industrial software development is highly desirable.
