Director, Analyst Relations

This role will engage top-tier industry analysts globally, translating complex technology, platform, and business strategies into clear, compelling messages that influence market perception. You will work closely with product, technology, legal, and communications teams to ensure alignment, anticipate analyst needs, and elevate differentiation against competitors. This position balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, delivering measurable impact on the company’s market positioning and credibility. Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain a clear, credible analyst storyline that reflects technology strategy, AI roadmap, and growth priorities.

• Build strong relationships with top-tier analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and industry specialists, proactively shaping coverage.

• Translate complex initiatives into analyst-ready messages, working closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, legal, finance, and communications.

• Plan and execute analyst briefings, inquiries, conferences, and engagement programs to ensure strategic impact and clarity.

• Monitor analyst reports, identify perception gaps, and provide insights to enhance positioning versus competitors.

• Advise and prepare executives for analyst interactions, including message framing, Q&A preparation, and strategic guidance.

• Measure and report the success of the analyst relations program against business objectives and strategic priorities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related strategic role within a technology-driven or SaaS organization.

• Demonstrated success engaging and influencing top-tier industry analysts, with experience in Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves, and IDC Marketscapes.

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, AI-driven platforms, and data solutions.

• Ability to synthesize complex technical and strategic concepts into compelling narratives.

• Experience operating hands-on with ownership from strategy through execution in a matrixed organization.

• Exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to perform in ambiguous, high-change environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Experience in legal tech, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.
