• Act as a general manager for assigned advisor teams, overseeing practice health, business plan execution, and accountability for performance metrics.

• Facilitate practice optimization, including workflow evaluation, operational efficiency improvements, and adoption of best practices across teams.

• Support advisor and team development through coaching, talent assessments, succession planning, and training initiatives.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management advisory practices, with at least 5 years in management or leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in driving organic growth and measurable outcomes within advisor teams.

• Strong general management skills, balancing growth, operations, and people management responsibilities.

• Expertise in financial planning, client acquisition, marketing, practice management, or business operations.

• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct positional authority.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Willingness to support a multi-state region, with up to 20% travel.

• Preferred: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65), insurance licenses, CFP designation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Tamarac, and/or Orion.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $150,000 to $180,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

• Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

• Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage.

• 401(k) plan with company match and profit sharing.

• Paid time off: 18 days annually (25 days after 4 years), plus 12 paid holidays.
