This role offers the chance to lead product marketing strategy for a dynamic B2B SaaS portfolio, driving positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across multiple regions. You will be at the center of launching new products and features, translating deep market insights into strategies that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success teams, you will shape messaging frameworks, influence revenue outcomes, and foster cross-functional alignment. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, allowing you to build repeatable systems, mentor your team, and deliver measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

• Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy across the product portfolio, ensuring consistency and differentiation in the market.

• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for high-volume product launches and feature releases, operationalizing a repeatable launch framework.

• Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to improve win rates, accelerate deal velocity, and develop enablement tools and collateral that support revenue growth.

• Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging market insights, research, and benchmarks to influence product roadmap and business strategy.

• Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Establish standards and repeatable processes for messaging, launches, and competitive intelligence, incorporating AI and automation tools to increase scale and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

• Deep knowledge of association markets, member engagement models, and B2B buyer processes.

• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive adoption, retention, and measurable revenue outcomes.

• Hands-on experience leading end-to-end product launches, operationalizing cross-functional collaboration between Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success.

• Strong strategic and tactical capabilities — able to set direction and execute at pace.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

• AI fluency and comfort using automation tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
