Shape the future of spectrum‑monitoring software from strategy to market.
Your tasks
• In this role, you lead and develop the system product management team, building the capabilities required to deliver the portfolio.
• You define, own, and evolve the spectrum‑monitoring portfolio strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business plan.
• You own the go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, and commercial models and craft clear, differentiating value propositions.
• You drive market and competitive intelligence and translate insights into prioritized, ROI‑backed investments.
• You coordinate closely with R&D, systems engineering, sales, marketing, and project management to deliver complex system offerings and launches.
• You ensure strong cross‑organizational alignment to leverage synergies and enable joint go‑to‑market actions.
• You support sales and presales in complex bids, provide enablement, and act as the senior escalation point.
• You represent the company in standardization bodies, at industry events, and with key customers to shape standards and partnerships.
• You grow the product management organization, develop talent, and establish career and succession paths.
• You set and track commercial portfolio targets and ensure governance across security, compliance, and lifecycle requirements.
Your qualifications
• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• You have a proven product management track record, including leading product teams and owning portfolio strategy and roadmaps.
• You demonstrate deep expertise in market development, including target group definition and segmentation, customer needs analysis, competitor assessment, partner and co‑development strategies, and market sizing and forecasting.
• You have hands‑on experience defining go‑to‑market strategies, commercial and pricing models (including SaaS/subscription), and building ROI‑backed business cases; P&L exposure is a plus.
• You bring practical knowledge of RF and signal‑analysis concepts relevant to spectrum monitoring (e.g., SDR, detection/classification).
• You have a strong track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, systems engineering, technical sales, marketing, and services to deliver complex system offerings.
• You lead confidently through complexity, adapt quickly to change, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• You demonstrate excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with proven ability to recruit, develop, and scale high‑performing product teams.
• You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel, bringing strong intercultural and interdisciplinary competence.
