Distribution Planning Analyst

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily create and book sales order based on ATS & release pick slip for shipment / billing purpose.

• Facilitate in any request for "pull in" shipment from Inside Sales & Planning team.

• Daily review reservation / stage report & pro-actively advise and provide guideline to FG team to take an appropriate action in timely manner.

• Involve in PI Count audit and support supervisor for ad hoc cases.

• Plan logistic requirement with FG team during weekends, shutdowns, public holiday & whenever shipping support is needed.

• Provide support to superior / reporting manager for any new task given.

Education & Experience

• Education: Degree

• Experience: Preferably 2-3 year in similar capacity

Skills

• Good Communication skill

• Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Oracle (Order Management & Shipping Module), Agile.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving

• Excellent leadership

• Independent & able to work with minimum supervision
