This role is intended for veteran instructional leaders (e.g., Curriculum Directors, Department Heads, or Senior Instructional Designers) who understand the depth and nuance of effective teaching.

You will serve as a Senior Quality Auditor, ensuring that the AI’s instructional content isn't just "correct," but is pedagogically sound, grade-appropriate, and aligned with established educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Standards Oversight: Review and improve the guidelines that govern how the AI explains concepts, designs lesson plans, and creates assessments.

• Quality Auditing: Perform detailed reviews of educational content to ensure it meets professional standards for scaffolding, cognitive demand, and clarity.

• Content Alignment: Ensure all materials are appropriately calibrated for the target audience’s developmental level (e.g., ensuring a 5th-grade science lesson doesn't use graduate-level vocabulary).

• Expert Mentorship: Act as the final point of escalation for complex questions regarding curriculum mapping or assessment design.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Ed.D., Ph.D., or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a specialized academic discipline.

• Experience: 10-20+ years in the education sector. We are looking for candidates with experience in District Leadership, University Faculty roles, or Senior Curriculum Design.

• Analytical Skills: A deep understanding of how to map learning objectives to effective assessments and instructional strategies.

Technical Proficiency and Professional Standards: Senior Education Quality SME

• Generative AI in Education: A practical understanding of how AI can be applied to develop lesson plans, create student assessments, and summarize academic research.

• Ethics and Privacy: A strong grasp of student data privacy (such as FERPA) and the ethical implications of using automated tools in an instructional setting.

• Standards Mapping: Experience in translating educational frameworks and state or national learning objectives into specific, measurable quality standards.

• EdTech Literacy: Familiarity with modern educational technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital assessment platforms used in K-12 or higher education.

Strategic Significance

In this role, you will apply your decades of experience to ensure that Generative AI tools are built on a foundation of professional excellence. Your expertise will be the final benchmark for quality, ensuring that these models provide accurate, reliable, and pedagogically sound assistance to users worldwide.
