Engineer - Service delivery

Job Description: Engineer AV

Experience: 3 to 8 Yrs

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain AV equipment (displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems).

• Provide live event support and ensure high‑quality audio and video delivery.

• Troubleshoot AV issues quickly to minimize downtime.

• Manage VC platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Cisco.

• Perform routine system checks, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for AV solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of AV hardware and Video conferencing systems.

• Understanding of networking basics (IP, VLANs, QoS preferred).

• Hands‑on experience with control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron is a bonus).

• Problem-solving and customer support skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Crestron Certified (e.g., Crestron DMC‑E, Crestron Level 1/2)

• Extron Certifications (AV Associate, Control Specialist)

• Poly / Zoom / MS Teams Room Certifications

• QSC Q‑SYS Certification (optional depending on role)

• AVIXA CTS (Optional)
