Executive - SAP (Off roll)

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual for a short-term contract role to support procurement and accounts payable activities for Retail Projects. The role involves handling Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoice processing using SAP. Freshers with relevant knowledge/training can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) for retail project requirements

• Generate and track Purchase Orders (PO) ensuring accuracy and timelines

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution

• Perform invoice verification and processing in SAP

• Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements

• Track open POs and follow up for closure

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to working knowledge of SAP (MM/FI preferred)

• Understanding of PR, PO, GRN, and invoice process (training/academic exposure acceptable for freshers)

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Basic Excel skills and good communication
