As Field Service Dispatcher, you’ll be the go-to link between customers, field teams, and internal operations. You’ll coordinate appointments, monitor schedules, and keep everything running smoothly. From managing job pools and optimizing routes to dispatching technicians and ensuring SLAs, you’ll make sure every commitment is met efficiently. Your role is all about smart scheduling, quick problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Location: Warsaw, hybrid (3 office days per week)
Responsibilities
• Support dispatch operations for your assigned region
• Monitor technician status and schedules to keep jobs on track
• Manage job pools, fill gaps, and reassign work to meet customer commitments
• Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
• Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and customer inquiries
• Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities
• Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions
• Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Education or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years in Field Service Dispatch (or similar role)
• Strong communication skills in Danish language, plus solid English.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 9,200.00 PLN gross to 10,800.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
