Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Hercules, CA. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial planning, creating and analyzing financial statements, and preparing financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis, monitoring financial trends, and assisting with strategic financial planning. Collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial operations will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting

• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and strong Analytical Skills

• Solid understanding of general Finance principles

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Previous experience in financial analysis in the automotive or similar industry is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
