We're seeking developers with 1-4 years of experience in Python, Frappe framework, and ERPNext who are eager to grow their skills while working on challenging, client-facing projects that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ERPNext modules including Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and Inventory to meet specific client business requirements and workflows

• Build custom applications using Frappe framework with expertise in DocTypes, server scripts, client scripts, hooks, and API development

• Integrate third-party APIs and services with ERPNext, manage complex data migrations, and ensure seamless data synchronization between systems

• Write clean, maintainable Python code following PEP 8 standards and best practices, participate in code reviews, and conduct thorough testing

• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, troubleshoot implementation issues, and deliver optimal ERP solution

• Create technical documentation for custom developments, contribute to internal knowledge base, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• 1-4 years of Python development experience with strong understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Frappe framework including DocType customization, server-side and client-side scripting, and Frappe REST API

• Working knowledge of ERPNext with practical experience in at least 3-4 core modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Stock, HR, Manufacturing)

• Database proficiency in MariaDB/MySQL including query optimization, database design, and data manipulation

• Frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Jinja templating for ERPNext UI customizations

• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
