We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build, enhance, and maintain a scalable event management and digital platform ecosystem. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is hands-on, delivery-focused, and eager to grow technical depth while working on real-world, production systems.
You will work closely with Senior Engineers, Product, Business, and Engineering teams to implement reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions across customer-facing and internal platforms.
Role expectations
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications under established design patterns
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and frontend user interfaces
• Ensure solutions meet defined performance, security, and scalability requirements
Integrations & Platform Support
• Implement and support integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and SaaS platforms
• Assist in improving platform stability and customer-facing experiences
• Contribute to automating internal tools and workflows
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work with Product and Business teams to understand requirements and implement technical solutions
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and release activities
• Investigate and resolve production and customer-reported issues with guidance
Engineering Best Practices
• Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and testing guidelines
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members
• Assist in identifying and addressing technical debt within assigned modules
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
What we're looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Experience with:
• Frontend frameworks such as React, typescript
• Backend technologies includingNode.js, and next.js
• RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Working knowledge of software design principles and debugging techniques
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Basic exposure to observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting)
• Experience supporting production systems or transactional applications
• Experience working with distributed or global teams
