Manage end-to-end processes related to new card issuance, including data entry, document handling, scanning, and card delivery setup, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the customer experience for new customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle bank account direct debit authorization processes related to applications
- Coordinate with partner financial institutions
- Open, scan, and manage application-related documents
- Perform data entry for application forms
- Respond to and coordinate inquiries related to the New Accounts process with internal teams and outsourcing partners
- Conduct identity verification in compliance with AML regulations
- Manage end-to-end pre-approval processes for card applications, including mail handling
Qualifications
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Excel functions, PivotTables, or Access is a plus
Business-level typing skills
Strong communication skills
High level of accuracy with the ability to work in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Strong sense of ownership and accountability to complete tasks
Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures
Ability to analyze work processes and drive improvements
